Thoughts
In hindsight it would have been really cool to prepare for the shoot. Also it would have been nice to have a light meter. Luckily the DP Ryan Todd is in fact a human light meter and somehow pulled off the impossible. They said it couldn’t be done. And Fran “Mr. Frantastic” Portillo my producer should be running the country by now. The whole crew did an amazing job helping bring the project to life. Mitchell Dandford did an incredible job with the character and I couldn’t have asked for more from the pack of cigarettes. Bravo. Special thanks to Nico on his general expertise and allowing us to use his great house owned by none other than Shiloh Greathouse (thats his actual last name).
I’m glad my story was easy to shoot which compensated for the lack of preparation. If I could go back I would do a couple things different mostly in preproduction but all in all I am very happy with the result and think the film turned out pretty good.
