Every time I see someone complain that the fight between Richards and McCone went to quick for how built up McCone had been the entire movie I’m like. Sure. Fair. I’d love to see them toss each other around for an entire five minutes. But. Consider ☝️ it’s not hard to beat a man who wants, deep down, to lose.
So, given McCone won the first season, I assume he’s been a hunter for 6 years - if they’re going by one season a year. So he would’ve been, what, in his late thirties when he was offered a contract by Killian? The same age Richards is now. The narrative foils are narrative foiling.
