[commission] Bonkleton's Sophie Borger Time
Rubbery Regeneration by Longius
AU Sophie's "mushy" physiology makes her extremely resilient, even to lethal-looking damage! One consistent thing I have across the AU versions of Sophie, is that she's not structured internally like she is in the canon story. In the canon, she's more or less a rubbery, cartilaginous version of a human, with more connective tissue holding her together. In the AU, she's more or less a pile of stretchy meat with a face and hair, which has intentionally vague rules about how exactly she works, to give me room to play with more out-there ideas. But as a result, her insides are pretty simple! Her cells are largely undifferentiated, so like a sponge or a hydrozoan, she is extremely resilient to injury, and in the AU scenarios where she's able to morph, there's no functional difference between being "injured" and molded into a different shape forcefully - "injury" just means having a hole in her, which she can usually already accomplish with her morphing abilities anyway, so it isn't really injury in that case, is it? In these scenarios, "healing" is much the same as simply morphing back to normal shape, as shown here! Etheman commissioned Longius to make this piece for me, off a story idea he's working on where Sophie fights a very impolite psychokinetic who can punch holes in her from a distance! Per his wishes, Sophie ended up taller and more curvy here than she usually is, but again, she's a polymorph in the AU, so no biggie! Longius did a great job conveying how her body "pulls itself together" like goo, or mycelium, or something like that. And of course I love hoe cute he makes Sophie in his style! :) Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Lady in Blue Bonkleton Phoebe, all casual
Stretchy Signature by Enneh
They say some people become their own brand, but this is taking it a bit far! Phoebe Lexton is better known as "Phlex" by the average Canadian, and by the world in general! She's a celebrity in no small part thanks to her super-stretchy body, but also in no small part to her savvy use of publicity coupled with her confident demeanor, silly but witty sense of humor, and of course, her shameless hustle. When she's being photographed, she won't hesitate to strike a pose or make a face, always enjoying showing off and attempting to look her best, but at official photoshoots, where she has more time to prepare, she pulls out the real tricks, and writing her pseudonym with her own elongated body is one trick she's particularly proud of! Dozens of hours or practice paid off handsomely, as this shot becomes a key piece of her branding and presskits going forward. Enneh is really good at drawing noodles arranged into complex paths like this, so I knew they would be ideal for a comm like this, and they surpassed my expectations! The addition of her neck for use as the "l" is a phenomenal touch, and I am overjoyed with how this one turned out overall! If you catch them open for comms, I highly recommend going for it! :D Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Gaia Phoebe by Longius
Gaia Phoebe - taking "becoming one with nature" in a really extreme direction! The idea behind this AU is that Phoebe found a way to fuse herself with the ground by sheer force of will, but it just continued until her essence had essentially taken over the entire planet! It took a long time, but eventually her stretchy nature permeated the crust, then the mantle, and the core, and over millennia, she finally unfurled from the nearly spherical planet into a planet-sized woman! Or maybe a living, woman-shaped planet? Whatever she is, she's still as stretchy as ever, and a moon of her own to play with! She's got to be careful with her gravitational forces - don't want to break the jewel of her skies! Unfortunately there aren't any more people on her to see it anyway, since ecosystems don't work so well when they're on a humanoid-shaped, stretchy planet that keeps moving around. But even in her chaotic troposphere, new life is, uh, finding a way - maybe one day a new breed of people resilient enough will emerge to admire the moon once again! This was an idea from Longius himself, which actually came out of left field for me, which might be a surprise given the general weirdness of my stuff, but there you go! He did a great job rendering it and I love the details like her "cold feet" and ice-tipped mountain of a nose, as well as the clouds forming her hair! The eyes glowing with heat from her core was an idea from me, and the whole thing came together well with Longius's composition on this piece! Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Extended Greeting by Noah-Wave
🤝 Sometimes people expect to get up close and personal with the famous Phlex, but then she does this. Usually she has every plan to move closer and talk to them from a normal distance, but sometimes she leads with this gag to put them off balance for a moment, the mischief-maker she is! Really, it's just another excuse to show off how stretchy she is, which is obvious to anyone familiar with her - she will rarely allow a social interaction to go by where she does NOT remind the other party that she's a Bendy. This was an off-the-cuff dumb idea I sent to Noah-Wave before bed, and apparently he felt compelled to draw it, so I shot him some cash to make it a line-art comm! He did a great job on the perspective, as well as Phoebe's design and proportions in the top pic, and her simplified silly smile in the bottom pic! Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Flexible Four-Legger
I drew AU Sophie as a Humantaur, for some reason. Enjoy! AU Sophie has a highly malleable, or as she puts it, "mushy" physiology, and this makes her more able to deform and transform without any health complications, but this also makes her easier to mutate. Through some circumstances, Sophie has been mutated to grow an extra pair of legs! At first she had to deal with a lot of horse jokes, and she basically had to re-learn how to walk, but until then, her stretchy body gave her some options. She could simply carry her back legs like giving herself a piggyback ride, or walk with one pair of legs at a time, like a human inchworm, but eventually she figured things out, and even got somewhat nimble with her altered body! Sophie would never have asked to become a quadruped, but it definitely grew on her (pun intended)! This was just a dumb idea I wanted to try, since I was thinking about extra-limb arrangements and realized that the only 4-legged arrangement that made much sense to me was the Humantaur arrangement, but also realized it would be even more workable with stretchy powers (but then again, so are most body shapes)! I got fixated on the idea for a while, and I am especially proud of the leaping pose! I didn't mean for this to align with the Year of the Horse; just a funny coincidence! I also tried a new shading technique for this one, and while I don't think I nailed, it, I think it was a good first try! Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

Tailsock Tryout by [gio]
It's important to cover your butt, especially when your butt is long and weird and you can put it in a cute sock! After being mutated into a sharp-toothed, tailed form, Sophie took some time to adjust to her new anatomy. Speaking without a lisp was difficult with her new teeth but she managed. Sitting sideways on the toilet was awkward at first but she got the hang of it. But Sophie definitely found some things to like about her new form, and one of them was being a really obscure fashion pioneer, figuring out a wardrobe compatible with her new appendage! Sophie isn't much for skirts, so she needed pants modifications, and some way to keep her long, prehensile rear end covered and warm. The solution she figured out with her family is the tailsock - a conical stocking with a bra-like clasp that acts like a belt, keeping the sock firmly fastened to her fascinating flagellum. At first they were simple and just black, but over time Sophie's family had some more made for her from an online craft shop, and they were so comfy Sophie couldn't help trying out some of the cuter colors and styles... stratusgio dove in headfirst with the tailsock idea here, and she really knocked it out of the park! Sophie's dorky outfits are really cute, and gio is also starting a thing where Sophie is a big fan of sharks, so I'm just rolling with it at this point because why not? Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie
