It is a good sign, I’m pretty sure! I had two rounds of interviews for my last job, I think mostly for the reasons here. Like my boss wanted to make sure his first impression held up and I wasn’t secretly an embezzling serial killer or something haha
Yeah, I hope you're right. Thing is, though, they're interviewing a few hundred people for a few hundred positions, so they're not going to go through the trouble of second interviews for most of them. And I'm wondering why they're doing that with me, unless they're on the fence.
I'm just going to not think about it and drink more hot chocolate.
