I've been reading a few of your kind-of-metas and I love them. It's interesting how you're more like Sansa in real life but a bigger fan of Arya, because I'm the exact opposite. Maybe there's a pattern to it... anyway! That's not why I'm here. You mentioned your favourite relationship was Arya & Sansa and, as I adore both of them, I would love to hear all about it (or at least be shown where you've talked about them before).

There might be! I’ve read before that some people reject fictional characters that remind them of themselves because it’s like a mirror. But, for me, I relate so much to Sansa because we have a lot of similar features (I’m such a people pleaser, idealistic, prone to trusting everyone/the wrong people, ect.)

Part of why I like Sansa/Arya so much is I am one of three sisters; one older by a year and one younger by two years, much of Sansa and Arya’s relationship resonates with me. I remember being 11/9 with my sisters, we acted like we hated each other. In fact, I think we actually believed we did. I’m so close to them now though. And being both the older and younger sister, I relate to both Arya and Sansa’s feelings. 

I’ve talked about them a fair deal (you can check my “stark sisters meta” tag) but here’s some specific stark sisters’ meta:

Their relationship was strained, but it’s neither fault

And some more quote parallels:

And both become disabused of this notion quickly enough.

Extremely similar reactions to Joffrey’s death by both of them and the connection to Robb leaving their supposed “joy” or “happiness” hollow.

Silly parallel but still.

Sansa and Arya’s journeys really parallel each other’s in many ways as well. I should really do an in depth analysis of how.
