The Lowend Cup was created in 2018 as a series within a series for regulars at @pca_chicago autocross, @Porsche and non-Porsche owners alike. It takes participation in 4 of the 5 annual events to qualify. For scoring we use @sccaofficial Solo Pax Index. The driver with the best pax time is awarded a 100 points per event, each driver behind has points deducted based on how much slower their best run was compared to the leader. With a shortened season in 2021, each driver must have completed all four events. 13 drivers qualified, with three driving BMW, Infiniti and Volkswagen, the rest were Porsches. In order of placing, the top ten are Bill ‘Reaper’ Fitzsimmons @reaperracing288 Buz Browne, Jenna Samp, Noel Selewa, Tim Crowley, Gordon Zhao @gordonbydesign Chris Racelis, Brian Jackson @pixitake Don Kreienbrink and Phil Kivarkis. The Reaper is the first repeat Cup winner. As of this posting, the Cup party is in full swing and the winners have been announced. The action will return to Winturst Field in April.
