Tried BBQ jackfruit for the first time today. On looks, it looked like pulled pork. It didn’t taste like it. I warmed it up with the leftover Benevolent Bacon from yesterday, which was a great combo. My only issues are a) there are unshredded chunks of jackfruit in the package that don’t want to be shredded and b) the BBQ sauce is a wee bit spicy but nothing sweetener can’t fix.
