caught up with lupin netlix s3 and. oh wow assane diop benjamin ferel divorce arc ………. the steak in prison scene is so lacking of any heavy emotions or discussions of what happened or even a verbal apology and i am kind of stunned by ben’s lack of fury at it all. which kind of makes the way the final scene and the narration and the way it showcased the side characters quite interesting. are we getting ben betraying him him s4 👀👀

after contemplating s3 some more i feel like from ben’s perspective it was what assane did in the last episode that might felt more like a betrayal to ben. perhaps to ben, assane framing ben to get ben arrested is something ben can think of as part of a bigger plan and assane, ever so clever and resourceful, will find a way to get him out later. but final episode is - assane turning himself in - this time not as some plan to just get information like the one time he took someone else’s place in prison to talk to the comet guy. it’s assane basically leaving them - abandoning not just claire and raoul but also ben himself as well. saving ben from prison sentence while at the same time never saying goodbye. (he asked guedira to give the envelope to ben to give to claire, ben didn’t even get to see him one last time). also ben could be thinking that assane did this for guedira, the guy who matched his freak……throwing in a bit unrequited ben/assane and it’s like. the angst here. he can forgive him form framing and using him what about leaving him without a goodbye

Lupin Netflix and Now You See Me crossover. They're robbing some rich French asshole together. Assane and Jack are having a pickpocketing contest. Henley, Claire and Lula are having tea and gossip together. Dylan is amazed at Benjamin's plans. Danny and Ben are having sex behind a curtain.

Just finished Lupin over on netflix and I'm sad at the lack of fanfics. Assane clearly has a type. Dude abandons both his wife and husband (Ben) and to play good cop bad cop with his handsome af fanboy. Ben definitely cried himself to sleep in prison. But at least Yossef had the time of his life with the Man of his dreams. Lmaooo
