What This Tattoo Artist Will Do For Sick Kids Is Absolutely Astonishing!

Talents are blessings. You know what older people used to say, “Share your blessings!” And that’s just what this tattoo artist is about to do – he will share his blessings to give joy to sick kids.

Last Sunday, an airbrush tattoo artist in New Zealand named Benjamin Lloyd took to Facebook a challenge for his followers (and himself). If he gets 50 likes on his status he will, in return, do something for the sick kids of Starship Hospital. He woke up the next day and was astonished to see the overwhelming response from everyone online. He didn’t get the 50 likes that he was aiming for because he got way more than that – as of today, he has over 450,000 likes on his status with over 250,000 shares, and the comments just keep on coming.

Nothing brings me more joy than boosting a kids confidence with a custom tattoo 50 likes and ill go to starship hospital and tat all the kids up.It’s airbrushed on.(not permanent) peace.

Of course he didn’t want to let his followers down, right? Being true to his words, Benjamin Lloyd then commented on his status, responding to lots of comments about his challenge.

Well it looks like im off to starship watch this space!

And that he is! He also promised he will not leave a single sick child at Starship without an airbrush tattoo.

He also explained to his concerned followers about the ink that he will be using and to watch out for his updates on his quest to bring joy to sick children.

When Benjamin Lloyd was asked by One News One as to where his motivation for airbrushing tattoo art on young kids is coming from, he became teary-eyed when he started to talk about his stepson, Lincoln. He was fighting back his tears while trying to get the words out.

It all started airbrushing my stepson, Lincoln. Two years ago, Lincoln passed away.

The interviewer immediately understood where Benjamin was coming from, and so she responded, “It’s okay, you don’t need to say any more.”

Benjamin Lloyd’s tattoo-a-thon in Starship Hospital is yet to come so while we wait, check out his previous works of art on these kids who volunteered (with parental consent) to have their body temporarily tattooed.

For those concerned parents, it’s basically just like body painting. There’s nothing harmful about it. What Benjamin is doing is absolutely great for these sick kids, bringing joy and excitement to their days spent in the hospital.
