I Can Do It Better || Bonnie & Kol

Kol had good repartie with the most witches he’d come across. Sure it took a little time considering he was a vampire, but his attitude aside his interest in witchcraft had always been genuine; it had been his gift too... Once upon a time. Now though, that was a long off dream but he’d found some ways around it all, and given himself a rather wonderful encyclopedia of knowledge on the subject while he was it. The magic’s he’d been tutored in would make any witch salivate, and he could sniff out a user with the ease of a bloodhound these days.
So, when he came across some tell tale signs of a magic-user who was he to deny his own curiosity? With a haughty air he snooped along following little clues invisible to the lay person until he came across what he’d been tracking, a witch, a young woman by appearance. But then he knew better than most that appearance was nothing in the face of magic.
He spent some time concealed, watching her work and oh yes, there was talent there, plenty of it but there was also youth; she just couldn’t get her spell-work right for the tricky number she wanted to pull off. He let her reach for another herb to try and called out from his viewpoint, “That one won’t work either Darling,” a light smugness to his voice as the vampire walked forward, “Nasty bit of root, it’s more likely to cause the whole thing to blow up in that pretty face.” he added with a pout, looking over the spellcraft before her like a teacher assessing a student’s work.
