Every year at the Creative Time Summit, the most innovative artists, activists, critics, writers, and curators come together in New York to engage with one another, and a global audience, about how they are attempting to change our world in unprecedented ways.
This weekend the digital arts lab - a.k.a. the pod - will be poppin!!! Bennington College is one of the official screening sites for the Creative Time Summit. Creative Time is a really incredible public arts agency based in NYC but focused globally (def give their site a good browse if you're interested in the arts and/or social change) and their annual conference is in Stockholm this year. The speakers I'm most excited about are Birgitta Jonsdottir, Jeremy Deller, and Jonas Dahlberg but I'm sure I'll leave the screening with a long list of new makers and thinkers to obsess over. Even if you can't make it to our screening in the pod, you can watch the summit anywhere with internet so tune in if you can!!!
