-He sighed.- Well, I was hoping for an enjoyable trip. Somewhere fun with no obligations or ulterior motives. Just a fun trip but fine. Where is it you want to go?

"Don’t go."

"I’m not going anywhere. I’ll be here till the very end, my dear."

"Fine I will go on your stupid trip. And Afterwards I never want see you again" [she says having no idea how right she would be at least in this body anyway] [ She stood up. "Ready?"

Weeeeell, we'll see about that. -He started pushing buttons on his TARDIS.- Before I decide, is there anywhere you want to go? Anyone you want to meet? All of time and space at our disposal, Benny. All you have to do is name a place.

Oh really. That is exactly how you feel. And yes I am damaged and I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true.

I think I can speak for myself, Benny. It is my thoughts, not yours. If I say it's not how I feel then it's not how I feel.

You say it because you don't believe it. That certainly doesn't make it true. That's a perception you've gained from lack of self-esteem. I can assure you that you're not damaged.

I think we both know I'm not companion material and I would only ever be second choice or not even that if we are being honest. Besides i'm damaged goods

Benny, I've told you fourteen times now that I don't believe that. Why is it you keep saying that? You really believe that? It's not true. You're not damaged or second best. I'm offering you a trip because I want to take you.

"I don't see why I would model my life by 21st century standards. I'm not from the 21st century." She curled up against the wall wrapping her arms around herself. "I aren't planning on being a one time companion, not for anyone and since my older self is now travelling with the Doctor I am quite content to wait for my Doctor or what will be my Doctor to take me with him. So you can forget your little speech because it's hardly relevant to me."

Then why is it you care about the amount of weight upon your bones? Hmm?

Sounds to me like a very 21st century ideal. -He rubbed his nose.- Anyway, enough about that. You really can't accept kind gestures can you? I offer something nice, you have to complain but all right. Suit yourself. -He stuck his hands in his pockets and turned on his heel.- I'll just leave then.

"I'm not hungry." Was he mad? she thought to herself. She'd practically eaten the entire contents of one of the shelves of the fridge and now he was talking of her eating more stuff. "There's nothing wrong with me so you don't need to do anything. If I wanted to go I could go on my own I do have a vortex manipulator after all. "

Ohhh come on now. What's wrong with a little adventure? Hmm? I thought you wanted to travel with me? Besides, it's less the whiplash of that Vortex Manipulator. Just one trip.

I don't need help. I can manage it all on my own. Alone you know that phrase that everyone has ever made me feel. Apart from that half human version of yourself.

Well, you could...you know...try to eat something? Something small? Maybe a salad? I could take you somewhere. Ohh, there is this planet just a few galaxies away that have the best food you've ever tasted. Do you want to go?
