The Worst Redemption award goes to…
Nah they both deserve it.
From Screenrant
"Most of the sequel trilogy was dedicated to pandering to “Reylo” shippers who wanted to see Rey and Ben Solo get it on, despite the fact that the latter murdered the former’s mentor (who was also his own father) and he was generally an A-hole to her. This really held back Rey’s character and prevented her from forging stronger connections with other characters, like Finn.
Now that Ben Solo has sacrificed himself to give Rey life, she’s finally free of her attachment to him and can start to carry her own storylines."

Rey was the central character in the latest Star Wars trilogy, but should she return if there is a new story to be told?
Kylo Ren ain’t Rey’s soulmate. Your soulmate shouldn’t torture you, mind rape you(words used by JJ Abrams), causing mass genocide, stalking you, gaslighting you, telling you you’re nothing except to them...yeah. I said it.
TROS had a happy and satisfying ending because it killed kylo. It wasn't even a sad ending. kylo ren dying isn't sad. He's the villain of the story, regardless of his last-minute change. Rey ended the movie happy, with her actual loved ones, finding a place in the universe and laying the skywalkers who trained her to rest. Rey can put his death behind her and go on to be happy and have a joyful successful life and relationships/bonds as she chooses to do. Then again since when did reylos care about rey?
From Miss Daisy Ridley herself:
“I think for me the beauty of Episode IX is it ends with such hope and such potential,” Ridley said, referring to how her character adopts the Skywalker family name before heading off to parts unknown. “I just feel like that was Rey’s perfect ending. The big battle was in Episodes VII, VIII, and IX. I think really she’s probably running around the forest somewhere having a great time [following the events of ‘The Rise of Skywalker’].”
Keep aguring and throwing tantrums all you like reylos it won't change what is canon ✌
Rey: *has a storyline outside of ben, does not mourn or even react to his death, builds healthy relationships with others and chooses to take skywalker as her name in honor of luke instead of solo cause ben*
reylos: "wait thats illegal"
Me logging onto Twitter (the spawning grounds of R3ylos) to clown on the R3ylos
From TROS novel
Rey Skywalker got Luke and Leia's blessing
Rey Skywalker loves her family
Rey Skywalker will never be alone again
Rey Skywalker is a Jedi
Kiss of gratitude
Felt nothing when Kylo/Ben died
Ending the sequels not caring about Kylo/Ben
Love her 🥰
Now that Ben Solo finally done one good thing and has sacrificed himself to give Rey life, she’s finally free of her attachment to him and can start to carry her own storylines.
Han and Leia had decades, Anakin and Padme had years... Rey and Ben had minutes, and even then those minutes were them "fighting" Palpatine
The irony is that there is no real romance between Kylo and Rey. A kiss of gratitude and regret of not knowing Ben is not comparable to married couples
Stop forcing your ship rylos, Fan don't have to ship Anakin and Padme,Leia and Han they were actually married. It wasn’t something that was invented. And it sure as hell wasnt a twisted head canon version of what happened in the movies.
Let me fix that
Better 😎
To all you Ben Solo apologists. His family never rejected him. They tried multiple times to save him. He rejected them. He. Got. His. Whole. Family. Killed.
Reylo can't be canon when kylo is dead but ok
To my understanding, being an anti was about disagreeing with the ship itself. Ps: Neither shippers nor antis should ever resort to bullying/harassment. Also, Canonically the ship sunk as soon as it sailed. But they'll ignore this. "Kiss of GRATITUDE", "She did NOT mourn him", she had to remind herself that Ben existed, force twins (twins as in brother and sister and definitely not like the Lannister twins).
Oh, and he dead. It was a kiss of gratitude, nothing more.
They gotta realise this..... Maybe I'm asking for too much there. 😂😂😂 one kiss with no previous ACTUAL romantic relationship to back it up sure reeks of canon to me! He tortuted, stalked, kidnapped. belittled her and her parents. I fail to see any chemistry between them either - even if you disregard all the abusive elements
