FALSE COPYRIGHT CLAIM BS Well, It finally happend. I am now the victim of a false copyright claim on youtube. I thought I would be avoid this issue but even little channels like mine who don’t gain any revenue at all are under attack. As you can see the claim was made by BentPixels (who the only thing I can gather are some kind of group that represent “content creators”. This is funny because not one thing used in this said video could be claimed about another youtuber. So I sent a dispute with this message that I’m shaing with you as well because why the heck not.

This video is under fair use and on that alone is legal.

However I do not know who the heck you are, BentPixels, but you are certainly not Key or Visual Arts (who would be the companies eligible to claim any part of the Kanon footage) and you most certainly are not part of Wind Dancer, Touchstone, or the Disney company who would be the only ones possible to have rights to the one second clip from the show Home Improvement. So my only guess is one of your "creators" in you channel of users thought that my use of some footage from there use of the same copyrighted footage (used in fair use manner mind you) was too similar to theirs and wanted to get some extra money. Well, this is pointless. Why, because you won't be making any money off of this. This video in its 2 year existence on YouTube has only gotten 148 views. That does not gain any revenue at all. Adsense doesn't pay you unless videos equal to gaining more that $100 in a month, and that does not happen with views like that.

So don't waste your time denying this dispute. It will not be worth it And now we play the waiting game. EDIT: Actually Kanon anime isn’t owned by Key. That’s a mistake on my part
