Studies uses
1 Microscopy and Biological Coloring
For tissue section examination, eosin B, a traditional histological stain, and hematoxylin( H&E staining), are combined. Among the critical applications are:
Eosin B staining intracellular components, including protein and muscle fibers, pink to red in color.
Contrast Staining: Provides a striking contrast to hematoxylin-stained nuclei( blue/purple).
Differentiation: Eosin B's propane groups have significantly different bound characteristics than Eosin Y, which makes them useful for particular tissue distinction protocols.
