A little animation I made for a 24 hour animation challenge in a club I’m in at school! The theme was mythology (which had me absolutely baffled cause I’m not super familiar with it) but I managed to do some quick searching and found the Yule cat. Which is technically a myth I have seen before in media but didn’t necessarily know it was mythology (which seems funny looking at how I’m typing this now) I made my own lil design based off of common features displayed in others art of the cat and ran with the idea of giant monster cat that eats people does silly cat stuff. I initially wanted to have a few more scenes but ran out of clear ideas and wanted to get animating before time was up. I probably could’ve done a bit more but I got distracted by some stuff during my 24 hours lmao. And slept. I even tried adding audio too which is something I don’t normally do.

Making a post about this cause I’m replacing the little wavy guy on my welcome post because I’m revamping my welcome post!

Just wanted to have a post other than the main one with my old animated gif, just cause it feels weird to just essentially delete its presence from my blog, especially since it’s one of the first things on here.
