Berry Kombucha Floats are a fun take on the classic float. They have sweet and sour berry puree, creamy vanilla ice cream, and fizzy kombucha.
Ingredients: 4 cups mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4 scoops vanilla ice cream. 2 cups kombucha berry-flavored.
Instructions: Put the mixed berries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put some of the berry mix into each of four glasses. Put some vanilla ice cream in each glass. Add kombucha on top. Use a straw and spoon to serve right away.
