Guide to Hang Your Hammock
Follow this guide to hang your hammock and sleeps in comfort.
Part-1: Hanging Style for Hammock
First, you need to decide what would be your hanging style. Now, hanging your hammock Swing Style allows you to rock back and forth, using your hammock as a cozy swing. When you hang your hammock this way, you will use two anchor points or a single sturdy tree branch.
Hanging your hammock Swing Style with a Spread Bar allows you to rock back and forth. It also helps you to hang your hammock in a smaller space (because the optimal distance between your anchor points is less than without a Spread Bar).
Hanging your hammock Pivot Style with a Spread Bar allows you to rotate 360 degrees and drift gently while you relax. When you hang your hammock this way, you will only need one anchor point.
Part-2: Hanging Techniques
You have selected your hanging style. It’s time to take a closer look at hanging techniques.
Now, each of the techniques shows these works with all three hanging styles.
First of all, drill hooks into a ceiling beam and assign them with rope to the eyes of your hanging chair hammock by using a knot. More detailed instructions for hanging a hammock indoors.

Part-3: Optimal Dimensions
The optimal width would be 44 in / 3.75 feet, optimal height would be 67 in / 5.75 feet, and optimal height of seat would be 24 in / 2 feet.
However, the recommended range of dimensions for your hammocks would be as follows.
· Range of Width (between anchor points) - 96 in - 132 in / 8 feet - 11 feet.
· Range of Height (of eyes) - 54 in - 72 in / 4.5 feet - 6 feet.
· Distance of Seat from Ground - 12 in - 30 in / 1 foot - 2.5 feet.
