Best Character Development

Hi, I just wanted to see if anyone wanted to discuss "best character development"...i'd probably want to keep it in with PJO, HP, THG, HTTYD, ROTG, Disney, TMI, TID, TFIOS, etc....general fandoms. Just list the character that you think had the best character development over the series/book/film, and why. :3 I want to hear opinions. ^-^

Name: Nico Di Angelo

From: PJO (Percy Jackson, book)

Why: I believe that Nico had some of the best character development through any series i've ever read, from when he was a small and adorable boy to becoming a dark and rather mysterious character. After his sister Bianca's death, his jacket came to be a sort of safety blanket, so to speak. He always wore it, until he took it off in BoO, the final book. I think that this shows major character development because he not only abandoned the safety he had known for so long, but he had been able to finally come to peace with his past and recognize his future. He learned to trust, and even if he was going through absolute hell, as the quote goes, he kept going. And for that, I recognize Nico to have one of the best character changes through a series.
