In this project, we acquire the acceleration and rotation of a motor using the IoT Development Board and MPU6050 sensor and then analyse the features to determine if there is an anomaly in the signals received.
Because most of the equipment in industrial facilities is mechanical, vibration analysis is the most frequent approach for predictive maintenance programs in the industry. The working conditions of the various components of a mechanical system are determined using this approach, which involves measuring both the noise and the degree of vibrations. The equipment is chosen, the convenience of operation, and, most importantly, the capacity to understand the findings will all play a role in establishing a predictive maintenance programme.
