Paying homage to my crown, doing what I need to do to make it healthy, stay strong and reward me with length. It's the same for everything we do in life. Nurture the things that are important to us and they will grow. Make time for friends, family, loved ones, work, play, health, and most of ALL SELF CARE. Without nurturing ourselves first, we may not have enough to give to anyone else.
