I feel the same way about Georgetown as I do about Fredrick,MD ~ it's a can't miss if you're looking for houses with history and character ~ and most of all for me I look for color 😍. I love this small red house ♥️♥️ and I kept the beautiful brick house next to it because although not as colorful, it doesn't compete with its neighbor in that category because it doesn't have to ~ it has way too many other redeeming qualities all on its own (e.g., that it's a large classic brick colonial house with lots of curb appeal and character, and from the looks of it on the outside it's a well-maintained property and house).
