Improv Diary: 1. Caught up in an improvisation

Yesterday was the first day in 2 months that I improvised. I started doing it almost without noticing. Somehow between warming up and undoing the muscle knot from hell I had somewhere on the left side of my lower back, I ended up caught up in an improvisation, carried by a slow but steady momentum to do something, be something, create and become. And I felt the wisdom gained during those 2 months I spent traveling and undoing all the unnecessary weight and pressures I carried.

To remember: One most unload if one is to move freely.
