Are we sure that betas don’t experience like a rut or a heat? We also put such a competency thing onto them and how they act and they don’t get afforded breaks
Well, in more conservative a/b/o settings, and keeping in mind my post about periods, i would say that while betas do have hormonal fluctuations, it isn’t typically exaggerated/intense (as in alphas or omegas) enough to trigger smth like a heat or a rut. But this isn’t to say it hasn’t been observed.
Since usually betas don’t show intense cyclical hormonal changes, it might point to some other pathology if these ruts/heats are persistent (regularly or irregularly) or if they’re troublesome. Then I recommend running some investigations to rule out any illness.
