My Pottermore comments

I think more than anything, this site needs SOUND. Whether it's sound effects, or original musical score from the films (or even better, BOTH), it would really add to the experience. The deafening silence when I'm on the site makes my brain itch. And then for those who don't want to listen to it, there could always be a mute button of some sort, or an ability to have sound effects and no music, or the other way around. It wouldn't be too difficult to manage. I also think there needs to be much more interaction. There's a reason that Through the Trapdoor was my favorite chapter, and that's because it has the most interaction. The quizzes can be fun, as well as learning to brew potions for the first time, and of course the new writing from JKR is fantastic, but I think there needs to be things like trying out new spells that show up in the story (I really wanted to practice my 'swish and flick'!), more collectibles, maybe an end-of-term exam, and some passages to read from the books we collect. I also hope we get to learn more about our House than what was given when we were Sorted, because what was there could barely be called a paragraph. I'd love the ability to send messages to friends, rather than only objects, and potions we've brewed, etc. Wizard's Duel definitely needs to go back up, because it was down when I got on Pottermore for the first time (back in August) and it's still down. I would love more potions to brew as the books go on, because as it is I have about 11 of each potion in stock, just because I keep making the same ones over and over again. It would be nice if House Points could be regulated a little better, because as soon as you're behind, you're done. I hope someone eventually wins the Cup and we start over again, cause right now there's no chance for Gryffindor or Hufflepuff to catch up. It would also be nice if there was a chance to retry the wand and House quizzes AT LEAST once, just for those who are unhappy with their results. I was very upset about my wand (not even the House, just the wand), and rethought my answers and think I answered incorrectly now, but alas, no way of going back now, is there? I understand that's not really what the site is about, but it would still be nice to be heard out about that. I love the site, I really do, but I definitely think there are ways to improve it. Sound and more interaction are a must for me, while I think everything else could be just smoothed over. This site has extremely good potential, and I'd hate to see it fall in on itself out of neglect for minor details such as these.
