Leonard Church enlisted in the UNSC and met Allison there after she saved him from a bully.
Leonard Church wasn’t fit for the UNSC and quit (reasons aren’t clear why, but perhaps he couldn’t aim a fucking gun? Would make sense.)
Carolina was 6 years old when Allison died.
Leonard Church has a doctorate in A.I. Theory.
Leonard Church could have been angry/dodgy with Hargrove because he overlooks the UNSC and Allison died while enlisted.
Carolina is 34 years old (during the Chorus Trilogy).
Carolina is ambidextrous.
Carolina met York at Club Errera in a season 10 deleted scene.
Carolina either knows about or has seen Transformers, as shown when she comments on Tex’s voice filter saying she sounded like Optimus.
To add to that, Alpha Church also made a reference to Optimus Prime when he was inplanted in a Mongoose vehicle.

Epsilon Tex in Revelation is also a by-product of Epsilon, as Beta Tex was of Alpha. Neither of them are fragmentations of Church, but instead their own separate entity.
