Raspberry Beergaritas!

Yield: 4 margaritas

ingredients:

2 cups raspberries

2 cups water

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup tequila

1 cup beer

3 tbsp fresh lime juice

2 cups ice

instructions:

In a food processor or blender, puree raspberries until smoother and there are no lumps. Press the puree through a fine mesh strainer and discard the seeds.

Add the water and sugar to the raspberry puree and stir.

In a blender, combine the raspberry puree mixture, the tequila, beer, and lime juice. I added about two cups of ice, but you can add more or less depending on your preference. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour into four glasses, garnish with limes and raspberries.
