The handmaid's tale but it's Bethyl and it's somewhere where the Governor rules (he dies but that's later)
Everything else is similar, he isn't religious at all but he likes control and so of course he claims he wants a town that's very Christian (*gag*)
For whatever reason team family has to join Woodbury because at the time maybe the prison isn't suitable, maybe they need a doctor and Woodbury has some, but the stipulation is all the men own the women, so Maggie is OfGlenn
Beth is OfDaryl
Carol would be a Martha
And it would be the family planning to take down the governor and make it safe
Who else thinks Rip is just Daryl from a alternative timeline
Except Beth (Dutton) wouldn't hurt Daryl if she is our Greene version, like Beth Greene in Yellowstone AU I wouldn't make her play with Daryls heart, that's Maggie

Seeing all the c@ryl's reacting to this season has made me laugh. Like lordy they are having the biggest tantrum because the two people who have been saying it's always been platonic FOR YEARS are ACTUALLY staying platonic AND THEY'RE LOSING THERE MINDS!
I actually really am enjoying DD season 2, I enjoy the growth for Daryl and him actually thinking he deserves happiness.
I enjoy Carols development, I enjoy Carol's character dealing with her past grief and on things she had to do to make sure she and her loved ones survived.
I've only watched up to episode 3 so far. Genets an Carols conversations throughout the episode was really enjoyable. Both doing the things they needed to do to get to where they are, just different ways.
Daryl showing fear for Isabelle an Laurent, this little family he created and wants to protect. I actually love it <3
And what's with the c@rylers saying this show has misogyny? Like where? I'm seeing the polar opposite. What type of show are they watching?
Also love the fact that Daryl got to say Fuck three times in one episode.
Anyways, I fucking love it an I can't wait for next episode.
T-Swift’s “But Daddy I Love Him” when you imagine it for no-ZA Bethyl AU.
(The church/religious imagery and the chorus- *chef’s kiss*)

Not sure if anyone is still interested in Bethyl but I’ve had this one saved in my docs forever now so I thought I’d put it out there for the few of us left. 🖤

Things work differently in a small town. Yes, everyone knows everyone and people love to talk, ultimately they tend to mind their own business and not meddle in yours. Beth finds herself in an increasingly volatile situation where somehow everybody knows everything is wrong and are at a loss for what to do about it. Especially Daryl. But that doesn't mean he'll stop trying.
