BETTER ME CHALLENGES!

Hey!

It’s that time of year again.

And that means it’s the part where I start getting on the super-ambitious track of bettering my life. Forget New Years, that’s merely a blip in my consciousness— now Fall. Yes, Sweet Autumn is nearly here and this is where my resolutions really start getting cooked up.

So I’m here! And I’ll be posting all these little better-your-life challenges! (I’ll also be posting them on my fitness blog Carefree Fits, so if you see us posting the same stuff, don’t worry, it’s me!)

The challenges will be random in time and subject, but they will all be about achieving a better you (not that you’re not great already, but we need to always be growing to move forward!) and having fun. 

Basically I just want to get that child-like wonder back and start moving forward with my life.
