I was feeling ambitious yesterday so I decided to do a watermarble look. I also wanted to test out @kiesque's #liquidpalisade functionality when it came to this technique. My final verdict: it was a HUGE help... But I still sorta hate marbling haha. It's a love/hate thing really. Love the end result, hate the process. I used a white base coat. For the marbling i used all @bettinacosmetics polishes. Even tho I had initially set out with four China glaze shades... That turned out to be horrible for marbling... Which is why I then went to my default... Bettina polishes have always been my fave for marbles. I used Bettina mystic, pink bikini, yellow and green apple. I topped them off with @colorsbyllarowe I'm seeing spots. I even got my Cinderella hand in on the action (which I have no idea how to pose with) 😂😂. The rust is real. This is the first form of nail art I've done in about TWO years. I was really excited to try the #kiesque #liquidpalisade so I busted out a stamping plate and gave it a go. I'm seriously impressed with the liquid palisade. It took me all of five minutes to stamp all 10 nails and there was basically no clean up!!! But seriously... I was feeling the rust haha. I'm also stamping the "old school way" with a Konad stamper. It I do have a clear one coming my way that I'm really excited about. Anyhow.... Now I wanna try other peel off barriers. What are you guys favorite? Give me some feedback. Living somewhere with actual seasons is awesome... Except for the part where my skin/hands got super dry during winter because they didn't know what to do without the humidity they were used to from living in Florida for so long.
