#mealprep snack sized #pitatbowls. I throw them in the freezer, and take them out about 30 minutes before I am ready to eat them. Or in my case, put them in my lunch bag and it it at work. I top them with fresh fruits, granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes. The recipe: •3 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk • 3 bananas. I used two frozen and one fresh, but super tip • 1 cup frozen peaches • 3 Pitaya Plus packs Blend it all until smooth. Add about one cup to each freezer safe container. Serving 6 bowls This is great for someone who eat it at work as breakfast or after a workout. Time to do the happy dance. This is my first time canning beans. I put 1/2 a cup of soaked beans in a pint sized jar, a teaspoon of canning salt, and a table spoon of a mixture of #onion, #garlic and #jalapeño. It took forever to get to the proper pressure. My next batch I am going to use a full cup of beans.
