" Now I would appreciate it if you lower your wand. "
Being a creature that was capable of more than a normal human, or muggle as they said here, made things a whole lot easier. However having one of those wands pointed at her, definitely made her nervous. She could probably outrun any spell, still she didn’t want to take a chance. “I wasn’t planning on turning you in. However if you keep threatening me like that I might reconsider.”
"I am not threatening you. I simply do not want to lower the only thing I have to defend myself with. I am not the killer everyone thinks I am."
He explained, showing her that he hadn't moved his wand one bit.
"What is it you wanted to tell me then?"

[TEXT: MELINA] yup. i was human once, it was weird.
[Text: Lexa] Can imagine. Must have also been super boring. I mean... look at what you can do now
[Text: Lexa] Have you ever had sex with another vampire? Like, I can imagine that be an interesting feature.
[Text: Lexa] What are you doing tonight?
“What’s that?”
20. Metal Handcuffs
“They look like handcuffs,” he told her, “But I have no idea where they came from.” He shrugged a bit.
Hello...

Lucifer had finished his usual pass of LUX, giving his hellos to a few of the patrons, and headed for the bar and a refill on his drink. He leaned on the bar and set the glass down, which was immediately taken to be replenished by one of the bartenders.
He turned and smiled at the girl he saw as he waited, “Hello...”
❝I’m not drunk enough for this.❞
Lexa looked up at Lucifer, “I am aware, however tequila is quicker.” Or well it used to be. With the amount of alcohol she had already consumed, she figured it wouldn’t take long for it all to kick in.
“What kind of options were you thinking of?”
"I have 2 fully stocked bars. So whatever it is you're in the mood for, I'm sure we can find it somewhere, darling."
Lucifer said while absent mindedly tapping his chin with his index finger.

Unexpected visitor
"I want my blade Luci, we all know what happens when it gets in the wrong hands", he seemed agitated and to her that showed that he did have the blade. She wasn't 100% sure, but she did know that he had it once. It was his problem now. "If I do not get the blade back at the end of the night. You better get into hiding dear brother."
Lucifer couldn't help but think how late Azrael was, coming for her weapon. He had witnessed the slaughter it caused amongst humans firsthand. Especially since a certain detective douche had tried to kill him with it.
"I don't know what to tell you, sister. I don't have it. And I don't lie."
He said, trying hard to keep his temper. Because if there was one thing he didn't like, it was being threatened.
"I am curious though. What's happening with the dying now that you're here?"

@bewareofthecrazyperson | Closed starter | Adriena x Lexa
It was late -again. She started working at 9:00 am and the clock currently displayed 23:28. She was working on some paperwork after a late briefing they’d had. Their serial killer had said he’d call this day, so she wasn’t the only one that was still at the station. Almost the entire team was there, waiting for her to get that phone call. She could hardly concentrate, but she did her best to try and do some work while she was at it.
There it was. The phone rang.
She reached for the phone and swallowed, trying to ignore that intense feeling of her heart beating in her chest. “Detective Anderson” She said, everyone was starting to move in the background.
“Listen carefully, detective Anderson. Don’t try to stall me, you will not be able to trace this phone call. It will go from India, to Pakistan, to whatever shit country and i’ll be long gone before you reach me. If I notice you stalling me, i’ll hang up and deprive you off this chance I am giving you. Don’t try to play me, don’t try anything. Just listen to what I have to say and we’ll be good. Do you get me?”
Of course they were tracing the phone call, but Adriena did take him seriously. She wasn’t going to try and stall just so they could trace longer. She had one shot at this and she wasn’t going to ruin it. “Yes”
“I am going to give you a chance to save the next girl, if you are smart enough to figure it out. There is a letter in your mailbox, containing some files that you need solving this riddle. You’ve got exactly 24 hours before I drop her body. So listen carefully-”
After telling her what he had to, he wished her goodluck and hung up the phone. Okay, so she clearly wasn’t going home tonight. Everyone at the station now called home to say they wouldn’t be home anytime soon. Adriena figured she’d do the same, considering she had said she might be up for watching another late night movie.
[Text: Lexa] Hey, I won’t make it home tonight, don’t think i’ll make it to lunch tomorrow either. I’ll make it up to you though. Rain check?
They spent ages trying to figure this out, no one had any clue as to what the riddle meant and the clock was slowly ticking down. There was frustration, people getting at each other’s throats, with Adriena having to come in between.
It was exhausting and the time went by faster than anyone wanted to. Pressure came from upstairs, a middle man from the F.B.I. had it run through the system to see if they’d come up with anything but it wasn’t going anywhere that well.
“Holy shit, I think I know what it is” Adriena held up the paper and pushed it in Max’ face, who took it over. “We need to move” She looked at the clock, five minutes left. She cursed, grabbing a police officer’s radio. “I need units to a warehouse building in Bushwick, 1388 Halsey street, close to the corner of Wyckoff Avenue for a 2-17. Please be advised, suspect will be armed and extremely dangerous” She grabbed her coat and hurried outside. “Come on, let’s go”
She wasn’t the first to arrive, for units on the streets had been closer to the scene. When she got there, people were gathered around all staring at the same thing. Adriena didn’t say anything, walking away from the scene briefly to catch her breath. “It’s not your fault” Again, she didn’t say anything.
She worked on that night. It was late, four in the morning. For some reason she ended up at the other’s door, knocking on it. It was an insane hour, she knew that, but she really didn’t want to be alone right now. So she knocked again, not wanting to ring the doorbell. If Lexa was fast asleep then she didn’t want to ruin that.
