Brew #243: Costello’s Beyond A Pale Session Pale Ale
ABV: 4.9%
Served: From the fridge
Aroma: Fresh cedar and tropical fruit
Pour: Dark cloudy amber with a finger of white froth
Taste: Melon and apricot with honey and an underlying pine hit all in the wash. Middle notes of light caramel before a good hop bite and medium dry finish. A very nice pale ale, very tasty!
Notes: 500ml bottle, malted barley and rye
