Opt-in term for Beyonders who are "strange" and hard for others to comprehend (for whatever reason).

We want to start talking about our more "out there" experiences on here but we often struggle to articulate them. Or we can articulate, but we don't have the time to sit and write it all out lol

But like. One reason our system exists because several funky little slime mold aliens, horrendously unethical scientific experiment subjects, abominations of nature, and more got put on a spaceship and jettisoned into a black hole. Then the black hole said, "hmm, that's great, but because my consumption is unending, I need you to get me more of that tasty, tasty cosmic data". And so it took all of our information, mixed us up a bit, wove freaky space mycelium into our bodies, buried us in a forest suspended in a psuedo-conscious state between life and death, and stuck us deep inside the mind of a human child.

Oh yeah and we're all part of this incomprehensibly large cosmic configuration box that spans across multiple realities and contains beings that preach the teachings of the Tree of Death

A term for those who are moving away from concepts such as genus, species, binomial nomenclature, and taxonomy. (for whatever reason)

Vitaition:

A process through which an individual (or plural) astral travels into the body of another creature (commonly a non-human animal) and experiences a certain amount of time in that body before returning to their original body.

Example:

Person A has an out-of-body experience and comes across other disembodied spirits, some of which are animals. An animal spirit may form a connection with you and wish for you to experience the world through their eyes as a means of spiritual bonding. This may be because your spirits come from similar origins in the cosmos, or simply because the animal spirit is curious about you and wants to know more; it is sometimes the case that this animal spirit could be a Familiar or Guide and may have spiritual lessons to teach you through this process. If both parties decide to proceed, you may experience yourself awakened in the body of another creature and if agreed upon the other spirit may awaken in your body, until it is time to return to your respective original bodies (negotiated by both parties). You do not have to agree to let the spirit use your body for Vitaition to occur, if you decline to have your body occupied, the animal spirit will accompany you in their original body to help show you the ropes, or it may decide to go elsewhere of its own volition. Be sure not to leave your body empty if you decline to have it occupied, this is where protection comes in!

Disclaimer:

Do be extremely cautious if you attempt Vitaition, not all spirits are benevolent or neutral and some may try to trick you. This process is for experienced astral travelers and should not be attempted without proper preparation. Always be sure to ground yourself and use protection! Never invite an unknown spirit into your body, or travel to an unknown spirit's body without full safety measures in place.

If you don't believe in this sort of stuff or think it's "unscientific", that's okay! Please just move on and don't attempt to harass anyone.

im a really big fan of your beyondian stuff, so seeing you move more into that "area" makes me super excited! i've always wanted to talk about the more metaphysical aspects of being a system but there arent many spaces for that kinda stuff. have you considered making a discord server? (if not, i totally get it, ^w^)

Glad to hear there is excitement for that!

We have considered making a discord server, but we've had difficulties running servers in the past. We think that once we start establishing the community a bit more then we could start a server so long as folks are willing to help out with it!

We do intend on making communities on Pillowfort and Dreamwidth as well. Those are both smaller websites that allow for a bit more curation, longer form content, and more effective archival than tumblr.
