I did my best to avoid a boot but today I get to limo my ass out of Kaiser with one for the day time and another to sleep in. It's all bit all the time. This place has shifted who is in charge of this process and who is my contact person at 'every step' along the way. Usually Kaiser is pretty good but this has been a terrible experience!!!
