@beyondpowcrful is banished to the kiddie table. i can’t do this.

                       there was a CHILL creeping across kol’s skin that couldn’t be explained away by the temperate new orleans’ night. the hunger was gnawing at his gut & he was realizing much too quickly that the CONTROL he’d promised was a dry-well. the smell of davina’s hair, her smooth skin under his fingertips, it was everything ------------but it wasn’t enough. a thought that feels akin to having a dagger shoved into his heart, the bitter ache is the same at least, & the acrid taste it leaves in his mouth. he knows the blood bag in his jacket at the end of the bed is EMPTY. he still has to force himself to stay put, leaving davina’s orbit for a few drops of blood wouldn’t bode well for his return trip to the land of the living. ❛ ok sleeping beauty, I need you to wake up right about now. ❜
