everyone says coffee is good for you and your metabolism, but only when it's not packed with sugar.. my mum has it with 2 sugars (teaspoons) how many sugars do you recommend? :)
I used to drink my coffee no sugar and soymilk! But coffee isn't that great for you really. I dropped coffee and switched to green tea which speeds up your metabolism and has many nutritious values and antioxidants.
Tea > Coffee
