It was the whole night that you had spent on your boyfriend's arm, greeting and chatting to everyone he introduced you to. Which you didn’t mind at first, you were really happy to meet the people he cared about the most in his working career. But the time was drawing closer to midnight. It was definitely way past your bedtime. Your feet ache, the necklace you wore was starting to feel restricting, and the bag on your arm was starting to weigh a million tons. You should already be going through your nightly skin care routine in your coziest pajamas, fluffiest robe, and softest bunny slippers. Oh how you had been dreaming and looking forward to that feeling of comfort. Mingi had other ideas as he continued floating through different groups of people, unaware of your growing annoyance.

You tapped his side and once you had his full attention, you looked up at him through your lashes with a coy smile. “Please take me home,” You whispered quietly, those words only for Mingi’s ears.

“Don’t look at me like that, baby,” He groaned lowly, his heart racing at the implications of your words. You switched your gaze to a wide and innocent one with your bottom lip jutted out just the slightest bit. Maybe this will be how you get your way.
