Something I can't understand with Blizzard/Activision.
Do they.. want to be known as crappy writers? Like.. They rake in billions (according to Statista, Activision Blizzard made around 7 billion USD in profits in 2017.) They literally could hire any writer they could ever want with that kind of cash.
Yet they don't..? I don't understand it. I get that the writing team is comprised of many individuals and not just one or two people, but a lot of times it doesn't seem like they even engage/communicate with one another, given the lore and stories we're often provided. Hell, like someone else pointed out, they don't even get the eye colours correct on their own characters for the Sylvanas cinematic. It really does just perplex me.

Amarnath Nightstone is a Highborne and we all know how nice Night Elves were to them when they came to Teldrassil. He would honestly probably think its bullshit, and upon learning it is, infact, not bullshit he would still shrug it off fairly fast. “World Trees only bring problems.”
Lamath (Felbat) Stoneleaf is a Demon Hunter, and we all know the general opinion on demon hunters from the people of Teldrassil. “My issue is with the Legion soooo y’all have fun with that.”
Anarah Moonscorn was exiled when she was alive for hiding a Highborne in her house, said Highborne was executed in front of her before that. She’d probably laugh about it.
The only one would be Lythien, she’s a Warden and also her fathers and their long-life family friends are druids (Who did live there). That and Lathlanya Stoneleaf (Felbat’s mom) who was a Sentinel and very likely got consumed by the flames trying to help evacuate.
