You mean like walking across a street not in the cross walk? I know here in Minnesota you can get a ticket for it, though they aren’t really that strict.

I just never really understood the term but seriously you can get a ticket for crossing the road? That just seems like an entire over-reaction, must be highly annoying for peeps who get tickets.  Thanks for educating my Irish soul my dear xx
