“You put the stars to shame.”
Happy Simril to all! While a Helmite, Vasa does honor the Lady of Luck’s starlight festival in recognition that she harbors no ill will regarding Tymora’s role in her lover Tyr’s slaying of the Watcher after a misunderstanding caused by Cyric. Simril is also one of Gale’s favorite holidays; he will forever be a man enchanted by the heavens.
On another note, this dress commissioned by Shan from Arideyya is based on the tale of the Two Trees of Valinor - their gold & silver lights that lit up Valinor in Tolkien’s legendarium. It is my favorite story & I couldn’t wait to have Vasa wear it, dyed to honor when the silver light of Telperion mingled with the warmth from Laurelin the Golden.
