💙FroMom Chronicles💗: Prematurely, RIGHT ON TIME...... "4 months ago I was 30 weeks pregnant & having a happy, healthy twin pregnancy.... THEN severe #preclampsia. I had to come to the realization over the course of 48 hours that I was going to have to meet my babies much earlier than any mom hopes to. Born on December 6, Nyah Jade was 2 lbs 6 oz and Elijah Hamilton was 3 lbs 4 oz. They spent the next month in the #NICU @abingtonjeff learning to eat on their own, growing, charming the nurses, and impressing mom and dad with their #strength and #determination. We were thrilled to welcome them home on January 10th and 13th with clean bills of health. I'm SO #proud to say (#breastfeeding preemie twins is not for the faint of heart) that they #love their milk and today Nyah is 9 lbs 10 oz and Elijah is 12 lbs 6 oz. They're hilarious & active babies and I feel beyond blessed every day...even when they wake me up every hour. So, 🎉 #Happy 4 Months🎉 to my greatest accomplishments and my daily inspirations.
