my coworker said "i'm not really a relationship person" (about herself) and that simple statement reframed my entire perspective. cos yeah me neither. i'm focused on other things. work, school, hobbies. my standards are high and not coming down. my circle is small and i don't get invited to big 'high school' parties, and i probably wouldn't enjoy them. i'm bi so my type is different to most cishet dudes, and there aren't many sapphic girls irl. none of this means i'm a bad person and it's not a me problem. i'm sure when i meet someone good things will change but right now i'm good.
