I am crushed by metal. I try to scream but no one hears. My body is in a million pieces why can I still think? Where is whatever God should take my soul to the underworld?
I hear my friends decided to leave. I will not blame them. It is my fault. I stole from Talos. At least my death fulfilled the part of the prophecy that said that one shall be lost in the land without rain.
I hope lady Artemis finds a better second Lieutenant than I was. I hope Percy takes care of Nico. But I'm not dead. In fact through the metal I feel my body start piecing itself back together.
What is happening? My skull once split in half repairs itself, my head to my torso, my arms return to my sides, first my legs return, then I'll my fingers and toes and I'm whole once again.
I try moving my arms, pushing away the scrap sunlight catches onto my body and I see what I didn't even know could happen. The red blood in my veins flows away and replacing it is a sticky gold-like liquid. They didn't lie.
Gods are real and Zoe said only gods bleed gold. Why am I bleeding what Gods bleed? Then memories return.
I remember why I thought the last President was Franklin D. Roosevelt. I remember that night in the hotel all those years ago. Mother's death, father's embrace than his scream, and the woman who called him Lord.
That woman who reminded him he couldn't bring mother back. She said Lord Hades. Hades? My father is the Lord of the dead and I think the only answers I'll get are if I go ask him myself.
But I'm not ready to go. I don't feel ready and I realize why when pain shoots through my back and shoulder blades. I scream. I scream for long time.
Eventually the pain subsides and I look behind me to see wings, grand and dark as my father's hair. I roll my shoulders back. They twitch.
This is worrying and scary and terrifying. I. Need. To. Find. My. Father. Now.

"Well, you can have the room next to mine so if something scares you, you can come to me?" Makaria offers.
Makaria takes me to the room next to hers and I take off my jacket, my one belonging because I lost the bow and arrows from Artemis.
"That would be wonderful, thank you sorela." I respond.
"So do we have more siblings?" I ask.
"Oh yeah, we have elder siblings, Zagreus and Melinoe. Let's get you a change of clothes, then we can bother Zagreus since Mel's probably with him."
"Okay." I agree.
Makaria gives me one of her old dresses, it's all black and so pretty. I of the same design Lady Artemis wore when she went missing.
After changing Makaria takes me to library like place where I see a guy who looks a lot like an older version of Nico in an all black toga that is incredibly modest by toga standards. He has a small golden laurel crown. Next to him there's a woman who has all of Persephone's beauty but Hades' dark hair.
"Zagreus, Melinoe, this is our little sister." Makaria announces happily.
"When did mom get pregnant again?" Melinoe asks.
"Is that dad's halfblood daughter?" Zagreus interrupts.
"Zagreus, what type of halfblood comes with wings?" Melinoe chastises.
"Okay, both of you stop. This is Bianca. She's dad's daughter from before the oath. He just hid her for seventy years and as of this morning she ascended to godhood." Makaria snaps.
"Oh... That makes sense." Melinoe admits.
"Well little sister, welcome to the family." Zagreus smiles warmly.
"Yeah yeah, welcome to the family. You're the new youngest." Melinoe says patting my back, but the smile doesn't seem to reach her eyes. Ehh I'm probably imagining things.
"I'm not the new youngest. Nico exists." I respond.
"We have a younger brother!?" Makaria gasps very excited.
"My prayers have been answered, another son of Hades." Zagreus says sarcastically.
"Tell me about this kid." Melinoe urges.
"Well Nico is just about the sweetest kid you'll ever meet. He's obsessed with mythomagic. If he found out I grew wings this morning he'd jump up and down with excitement. If he met our father he'd ask him with a straight face if he really has five thousand attack power.." I explain.
"Oh that kid's going to be fun to talk to." Zagreus smiles.
We all laugh even if Melinoe took a second longer to do so. I feel like I've finally come home. Nico would love these people.
"Makaria, you should probably give her a tour of the palace." Melinoe suggests when the giggles fade away.
"Yeah, come on Bianca, let's show you around." Makaria grabs my hand and I follow her.
She takes me all around this beautiful palace with black walls, burgundy rugs and gold accents. Pointing to rooms so I know what they are.
"At the risk of sounding redundant, how is this payed for?" I ask looking around the palace. It's elegant, it's expensive but not gaudy or opulent.
"Well dear sister, our lovely is the God of wealth after all. The old Greeks even called him 'The Rich one' of course our palace is this beautiful." Makaria explains.
"What's that?" I point to a door.
"Those are the kitchens where they make food." Zagreus answers.
"Hi Makaria, oh hey Zagreus, who's this little lady?" A man with wings who's quite possibly the most beautiful being I've ever laid eyes on asks.
"This is our little sister Bianca. She ascended to godhood like five hours ago. Bianca, this is Makaria's boyfriend Thanatos." Zagreus introduces.
"Hello Bianca." Thanatos smiles.
"Nice to meet you sir. You're... Very pretty." I respond. Thanatos giggles.
"What can I say? Your sister has good taste." He responds.
"Guys it's time for lunch. I'm sure you're all hungry." Melinoe announces.
All of head to dining hall for food. This is blissful even if I can't help but worry about Nico.
