Dry Fork Aid Station. Mile 13. . Phil came through at 12:41 looking strong, waving and smiling. Refilled water. Dropped some trash. In and out in 45 seconds. @sevenhillsrunning . Michael came through at 1:19 also smiling and looking good. He refilled both bottles, repacked with gels, half a veggie wrap and a bagful of cheese-its.
