Hyungseo´s paws pit-pat nimbly at the edge of the balcony. She awaits until you come into frame, glancing at the cat clock hung in your kitchen.
Any minute now— she purrs.
Like clockwork, you come into frame from your entrance door. Leaving the stuff you were carrying on the small try by the door. You turn the lights on and glance at the balcony window, seeing the big sapphire eyes glowing back at you.
"Come in" you smile, sliding the window door open.
Hyungseo purrs as she jumps from the iron bars to your feet. Her shadow grows taller once she´s fully inside beside you.
"you know you could come by the door and walk up with me" you brush away the strand of loose hair over her face.
She softly smiles back, leaning closer to brush her nose into your neck, taking your scent. "It's clear that you've never felt the thrill of jumping from roof to roof, it's much more fun that way."
