Ingredients: 1 pack Bibigo Beef and Vegetable Mandu. 4 cups water. 2 tablespoons gochugaru Korean red pepper flakes. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 green onion, thinly sliced. Salt to taste. Optional toppings: sliced carrots, mushrooms, and bok choy.
Instructions: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot. Add the Bibigo Beef and Vegetable Mandu to the boiling water and cook for 6-8 minutes or until they float to the surface and the filling is cooked through.
