Had Bibim Naengmyun for the first time and really enjoyed it. Tasted much better the Mul Naengmyun, the non spicy version which I've tried twice before at other restaurants. Bibim Namyeon is a type of cold noodles dish that is savoury, somewhat spicy, a little bit sweet and slightly vinegary. The noodles are thin and chewy, like really chewy so it is hard break the noodles apart with your teeth. That's why scissors are provided so you can cut them up into shorter strands of noodles which makes them easier to chew and swallow. Since the noodles are cold it was perfect for hot summer's day. I felt refreshed as I was eating the noodles. Also, if you like the noodles to be more sour, they provide extra vinegar on the side. I wish there was one or two more slices of beef. They only gave two slices of chilled beef.
