reading James with Dom has been super challenging, and speaks a lot into the trials that i have been battling the past year. but grateful for a God who loves and holds us regardless, who is constantly near, and for Dom who has always, unfailingly, been by my side through it all :) 

i have been reminded to constantly make it a point to ask God for wisdom, knowing that every good and perfect thing comes from Him, and also to trust the character of God - unlike so many things on this earth, He will not change like the shifting shadows. 

James 1:12 - Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for which he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love Him.
