Yes, Howard had reservations, but Bernadette was going to dump him in the same episode he proposed. At least, that was the gossip. *shrug*
Oh I’m not arguing that Bernadette never had her doubts - I’m just saying that Howard saying he never had any reservations about Bernadette is a continuity mistake.
The Classic Doctor Who tag seems to be unaffected from all the spam at the moment.
Right now it’s looking better but this morning it was an absolute mess. Hopefully Tumblr figures this out soon so we don’t have to keep dealing with it.

…were clearly marked whether or not they were washed in the store. I don’t mind washing my own grapes, but if I put what I thought was a washed grape in my mouth and it’s a grape that’s fresh off the vine with a little bit of dirt still on it, that’s going to ruin the grape.
IIRC if you purchase a firearm at a gun show there is no background check. At all. You can just walk in, buy a gun, walk out.
